Nokia To Make Dual SIM Cell Phone
The news is Nokia is now planning to make Dual SIM cell phones like Motorola, Samsung and LG. The talks of Nokia venturing the Dual SIM market were out before too, and now the talk is confirmed. Nokia ever since inception has been popular in the market globally until last few years when many other cell phone makers emerged as competitors. There could be many reasons why Nokia is making this move:
1. Since a few years, which once used to be top brand, Nokia is now loosing its hold on the market. So this could be one way to bring back some section of consumers.
2. Many mobile phone manufacturers have already used Dual SIM function in their cell phone units, so Nokia may be trying to be parallel with those brands.

The advantage with dual SIM is that it saves good amount of money. A lot of us have to keep two mobile phone numbers for different roles. And for two different numbers one require two different cell phone handsets. But with Nokia Dual SIM facility in the phone, the cost of having another cell phone gets saved. One handset can be used for two numbers. The Dual SIM phones have been accepted well in the Asian cell phone market. And Samsung happens to be the top player. Nokia will have to apply new and smart strategies to win over Samsung users and get itself consumers.

The Nokia Dual SIM cell phone will be released in the market somewhere in the first quarter of 2010. That year already has many new gadgets and add-ons to functions of already existing ones queued up- Apple Tablet, google phone, numerous Android devices .
